Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at Raqib, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive cyber security training and testing solutions to a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the security posture of organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Raqib's offerings to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our cyber security solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and track sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of sales performance.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and client requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cyber security threats to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
